Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in pilgrimages and travel experiences organized by Crown of Bethlehem Tours LLC (“COB”), an ARC Accredited Travel Agency based in Kingwood, Texas.

Reservations & Payments

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration and deposit. Final payment schedules are provided at the time of booking and vary by itinerary and departure date.

Travel Documents

A valid passport is required and must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date. Visa requirements depend on your destination and nationality. COB will assist with guidance, but securing proper documentation is the responsibility of the traveler.

Itinerary Changes

COB reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary due to local conditions, religious schedules, weather, or circumstances beyond our control, always preserving the spiritual character and value of the journey.

Responsibility

COB acts as an intermediary between travelers and suppliers of transportation, lodging, and other services, and is not liable for the acts or omissions of such suppliers. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
