General Information for Tour

The best time to visit the holy land is whenever you can; the most top high season is during Easter and Jewish holydays and Christmas time.

Electric Current

The electric current is alternating current (A.C.), 220 volts, single phase 50 Hertz. If you bring an electric shaver or a travelling iron, get the kind that can work on 110 for home use and that can be adjusted to 220 for use in the holy land.

Time

Our clocks are seven hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time, and two hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time .This means that when it is noon in Jerusalem, it is 10 AM in London and 5 AM in New York (without allowing for daylight saving time).

Entry Requirements

Tourists are required to hold valid passport , Entry visas are granted free of charge at port of entry to citizens of Europe , Argentina , Austria , Brazil , Canada , Chile , New Zealand , South Africa , U.S.A., and all Western European countries . Please check with us for exact requirements.

Currency

The New Israel Shekel (ILS). There are coins of 1, 5, 10, 50 & 100 ago rot, and bank notes in denominations of 10, 20, 50, 100 & 200 shekels. You can use any international currency, Travel Checks & Credit Cards as well.

Shopping

Shopping can be great fun in the Holy Land. You can do it ether the oriental way by bargaining the price, or the cosmopolitan way, by paying the tag price and leave.

Official Language

Hebrew for the Jewish people, Arabic for the Palestinian people and both understand and speak flaunts English.

The best guides in all languages, with long time experience as your request.

The following conditions apply to all tours, unless stated otherwise, at the end of that particular itinerary

Hotels

Accommodation in double, twin, triple, or quarto rooms with bath or shower. Single rooms available with single supplement.

Meals

All programs are based on Half Board (Breakfast & Dinner) daily. Lunches en route can be arranged on request.

Transport

All transportation will be by an air-conditioned/heated coaches. All programs include meet, assist & transfer upon arrivals & departure, from and to port of entry.

Sightseeing All

All tours are based on the itinerary; any special tour can be arranged upon request. A guide of your choice of language will accompany the tour from arrival until departure.

Taxes

As imposed by the local authorities, are not included on standard services, can be upon request.

Not Included

Air transportation, port taxes, passport and visa fees, personal expenses, tips (to guides, drivers and hotel staff).

Cancellations All

cancellations for groups and individuals should reach our office at least 45 days prior to the scheduled arrivals. Otherwise a cancellation fees will be liable.

Payment

Full payment 15 days prior to group arrivals date. Payment must be effected by certified checks, bank checks, or bank transfers, in U.S.D ($).

Reservations & Confirmations

To enable us handle your requirements efficiently, complete details are necessary, such as complete flight schedule, name of hotel preferred, number of passengers and name list whenever available. Normally, confirmations, suggestions and tour planning, are faxed within 72 hours after receipt of the request.

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars ($).

International carriers and charters have daily or frequent services.

Taba Border

For overland arrivals from and departure to Sinai (and Egypt).

Allenby Bridge

(King Hussein): crossing point from and to Jordan.

Haifa Port

some Mediterranean cruise vessels and regular ferry services are at your disposal.

Elite & Ovdah Airport

for some chartered flight arrivals.

Sheikh Hussein Border

For overland arrivals or departure from or to bait shean and Jordan.

Araba Border

For overland arrivals or departure from or to Elite in Israel, and Aqaba in Jordan.

We offer the best hotels with different categories 5 stars, 4 stars and 3 stars. Also we offer accommodation in youth hotels and kibbutz. We can arrange any special hotel you would like to have.

FITs (Individual Tourists)

we also arrange for FITs requests. There are tourist’s cars from 1-7 packs, and van 1-10 packs. Special hotel offers and drivers/guides if needed.
